GETTING STARTED WITH SMART HOME KITCHEN LIGHTING
If you already have Loevschall spots in your home, getting started is very simple. All it requires is connecting the lights to a controller. The controller connects to the internet, integrating your lights into your smart home system.
When making adjustments to your lights, you will actually be controlling the controller, which then sends the settings to the lights. The controller is placed in the same location as the driver, which converts the power to 12V.
Loevschall offers various controllers, including WiFi and Zigbee controllers. The WiFi controller communicates directly with your home WiFi network, while the Zigbee controller is compatible with the Philips Hue app. Choosing the Zigbee option is ideal if you already have Philips Hue devices in your home, allowing you to control your kitchen lights through the same app as your other lighting.
